The Cape Cod Victorian has four bedrooms, and sleeps 10, with a first-floor bedroom with King-size bed, a Queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room and three bedrooms upstairs: two with full, extra long beds and one with two twin beds. The twins can be converted to a King, upon your request. It has a color cable 32" TV with DVD player and two bathrooms. The kitchen has gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Two bathrooms and a wonderful screened porch.
The Cape Cod Cottage sleeps five with a pull-out, Queen-size sofa in the living room and two bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed and a private room for a single. The Cottage has a 25" color cable TV with DVD player, stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Both houses are located next to Holiday Hill Motor Inn where you will have use of the swimming pool. You can also exchange towels for fresh ones at the office.
